Groups are drawn largely from Hyderabad and the surrounding districts, so the language spoken around you — Urdu, Hindi, Telugu, English — is the language you asked your questions in.
Ulama who travel with the group
Scholars accompany every departure for the rites themselves, and hold preparation sessions in Hyderabad before you fly, so nothing about Mina or Arafat is new on the day.
Documentation handled locally
Your paperwork is collected, checked and submitted from this office. We tell you exactly what the current season requires rather than asking you to work it out from a government website.

We go through the ten packages against what you have told us: how long you can be away, how close to the Haram you want to stay, and whether your Mina tent should shift.
Paperwork and confirmation
We give you the season’s document checklist, collect and submit it, and confirm the booking. Everything about payment and cancellation is put in writing before you commit.
Preparation, then departure
You attend the preparation sessions here, collect your kit, and fly out from Hyderabad with the group and its Ulama.
