One departure city — Hyderabad
Mubarak Travels runs every Hajj group out of Hyderabad, and has since 2002. We do not operate departures from Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai or anywhere else, and we would rather you knew that on this page than after a phone call.
It is not a limitation so much as the reason the service works. One city means one team, who know the group before it leaves, travel with it, and are reachable by the same families afterwards. Pilgrims from across India — and from eleven other countries — book with us every season and simply travel to Hyderabad to join their group.

Joining a group from another city
- Book entirely by phone, WhatsApp and courier — no trip to Hyderabad needed until departure.
- We tell you the date and time you need to be in Hyderabad, with margin built in.
- Your own travel to Hyderabad is arranged by you; we will advise on timing.
- You meet your group, its Ulama and our team before you fly out together.
Everything a package covers
The same eight things are in all ten programmes. What changes between them is the standard of each — which hotel, which Mina category, how many days.
Visa and documentation
Your Hajj visa is processed by us end to end. We give you the current season’s checklist, check what you submit before it goes anywhere, and handle the submission and follow-up ourselves.
Return flights
Return air travel from Hyderabad is part of every package — no separate ticket to buy and no risk of your flight and your group going different ways. Routing is confirmed in writing before departure.
Makkah accommodation
Depending on the programme: the Clock Tower complex, Azka Al Maqam, Le Meridian Towers, or the Eshare Siteen area. The comparison table names the hotel for every one of the ten packages.
Madinah accommodation
Maden or Nozol Royal Inn, again stated per package rather than described in general terms. Both are chosen for the walk to Masjid an-Nabawi.
Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah
Tent category is listed for each package — “Custom by Mubarak” or Category A — along with whether the camp shifts. This is the single biggest difference between our tiers, and it is the one most worth understanding before you choose.
All ground transport
Airport transfers, the movement between Makkah and Madinah, and every journey during the days of Hajj. Nothing is arranged locally at your own cost.
Full-board dining
Meals are included throughout. Indian and subcontinental food is the default, because it is what our groups are, and dietary needs can be planned around if you tell us at booking.
Ulama guidance
Scholars travel with every group — not a guide meeting you on arrival, but Ulama who prepare the group in India and stay with it through the rites.
Three tiers, ten programmes
Where a package sits comes down to two things: how close you stay to the Haram, and whether your Mina tent shifts.
Signature
The closest accommodation to the Haram and non-shifting Mina tents, in programmes built for this company rather than bought in. For pilgrims who do not want to compromise on either.

Yes. Pilgrims book with us from Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and many smaller cities every season. The booking itself is done by phone, WhatsApp and courier — what does not change is that the group departs from Hyderabad, so you travel there to join it. Our team helps you plan the timing so you arrive with room to spare.
No. Packages include return air travel from Hyderabad to Saudi Arabia. Your own journey to Hyderabad is separate, and we will tell you when you need to be there so you can book it sensibly.
In a non-shifting package your Mina tent stays yours for the whole of the days at Mina. In a shifting package the camp moves you between locations as the crowd is managed. Non-shifting is more comfortable, particularly for elderly pilgrims, and is the main reason our Signature tier costs what it does. Every package states which it is.
The requirements are set by the Saudi authorities and change from season to season, so rather than publish a list that may be out of date we give you the current one directly. Call the Hajj desk and we will tell you exactly what this season needs and what we handle for you.
